  • Maisy and Odin

What can we say about Odin? He’s dark, grumpy and delicious. The banter between Odin and Maisy is so great! Lots of action and suspense. Steamy, you can feel their chemistry. Oh, and a serial killer to capture. HEA.

  • Just Fabulous!!

Holy PI Heaven!! Let me tell you this book was so good I could not put it down. Oden Shaw was a extreme alpha male, a man of few works but quite to jump into action as soon as Maisey was in trouble. “Oh, that’s right.” Maisey rocked back on her heels. “You like to be salty.” His eyes narrowed on her. “Are you teasing me?” “Sorry. Yes. Maisey Bright is a spunky , outspoken and like a dog with a bone she will not give up. “And that’s why I’m saying thank you. Odin is one of the good ones. He’s always had my back, and it’s nice to see he found a woman who will always have his.” From the very start this couple just clicked together. The mystery will keep you guessing until he very end. With some shocking surprises. Jinx is the perfect comic relief sided kick. I’m glad he’s getting his own book but I also want Whitney and Ramsey to get there own book. Now. I rather like my face—the ladies do, too—so I am not in the mood to have it hammered in tonight.” Jinx hauled her over the threshold. “Great service,” he said loudly, seemingly directing his words at the blond bouncer. “Fabulous band. I will leave a five-star review online for you, and I will definitely be back to—” I can never get enough of this author!! Just sayin!!

  • Fun!

For being a romantic suspense story, this was actually really cute. You get the suspense of the search for a possible serial killer, and in the middle of all that, are two awkward people falling in love. There is just something lovable about a big guy who gets all awkward on people. And Maisey was just as adorable. She jumps head first into danger and thinks everything will be all right. I loved getting to see Odin constantly rushing around to be the buffer between her and danger. Fun book!

  • A fun addition to this series

This is another great read in this latest series from Cynthia not only is it a great suspense story but it is also one of the sweetest romances I have read in a while Odin Shaw was convinced he was going to be on the battlefield for most of his life it didn't quite work out like that and now he is working for his friend at his security company that means he has to deal with people and he isn't to good at that. Maisey bright wanders into the office wanting to prove her neighbour is a serial killer after the police won't believe So begins a hilarious relationship between two people who are perfect for one another that is if Odin can keep Maisey alive as she constantly throws herself into danger

  • Is Maisey making a mountain out of a molehill?

A super fun, sexy and suspenseful romp in Cynthia Eden's second Trouble For Hire novel! Odin is the big, sexy, gruff, don't-always-say-the-right-thing-or-is-even-real-talkative hero that will make a reader drop her panties and pant while Maisey is the kind of heroine any girl would love to have as a best friend. She is smart, sweet, bold and awesome and I thought she really was a terrific fit for Odin. I was so very happy with Don't Play With Odin. The book had a lot of humor, smoking hot chemistry and a plot that keeps you flipping the pages to the very end. There is danger, hot sex, good friends and a mystery that needs to be solved. I LOVED IT and honestly, it had me craving more. The book flowed so perfectly and I really liked that there was a lot of action and sexy times, but moments that made me laugh out loud. This new series is turning out to be a real treat!
