  • Great story

5 Star Review Confessions (Brantley Walker: Off The Books #7) by Nicole Edwards The seventh book in the Brantley Walker series from Nicole Edwards and after how the previous book ended I could not wait to see what she had in store for Brantley and Reece in particular. As I have come to expect not only from Nicole Edwards but this series in particular, there is a great balance of steam, romance and, suspense and danger. After the shattering of their relationship in the previous book I started this one a little on edge. It was entertaining to watch them work through their issues. There are other members of the team that are also trying to resolve/start relationships and this just added an additional layer to the story that Ms.Edwards wove. This was another gripping, suspenseful read with twists and turns which had me hooked from the first chapter to the last. Her characters are always multi layered, with a great deal of depth and easy to fall for. Ms.Edward’s Confessions was a fast paced story, with plenty of action both in and out of the bedroom and was a great addition to the series.i

  • I could not stop reading

I could not stop reading this book and I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! This was such a good book and I could not stop reading it. This book picks up 6 months after the previous book and have such an emotionally taxing book 6, this book did an amazing job of helping some characters find their happy! The book focused of Reese and Brantley, JJ and Baz, and Trey and Magnus. There were also tons of Walkers, which was fantastic, and even a couple of other characters from other series! The missing person case was around a friend of Magnus and it was really great knowing more about him, and made me want to know more, because Magnus has a lot of story left. I love Nicole Edwards, and love her books! I cannot wait for more!

  • Best Instalment Yet!

This is the seventh instalment of the series and the books are getting better and better. The last Book “Secrets” left us with such an emotional cliffhanger that I was anxious for this new instalment. How do you repair a relationship; how do you fix what you broke. That’s the dilemma facing Reece at the start of Confessions. As Reece tries to work through these issues, Magnus is accused of kidnaping a woman that has come to be special to him. The OTB task force is on the case. This missing persons case is the best case that they have solved so far because it is more personal to the characters. The relationship between Reece and Brantley is a highly emotional one and I loved reading how they resolved their issues. There are more scenes with Baz and JJ and Trey and Magnus. I can’t wait to see how the relationship between Trey and Magnus develops. This book is beautifully written. There is good feelings, remorse, forgiveness, realizations and lots of relationship developments. Love and emotionally passionate and steamy scenes are woven throughout the book. I just love this group of characters and this is my favourite instalment of the series so far. Well done Nicole! I was given an ARC for an honest review.

  • series is made for netflix

I wait with bated breath for each book to come out in this series and when it does it does not disappoint me in the least. This book reads ready for Netflix, and I hope they pick it up once the series is complete. Until then, we are on a journey with this branch of the Walkers, Brantly's side that keeps us hopping and hoping. We do get to see some of the other branches of Walkers so we are happy readers. Mystery, love, and family time that amazing wonderful Walker family this author has given us, I am so looking forward to more from Off the Books.

  • It’s so good!

5 WONDERFUL STARS! I really loved this story, it had everything I wanted in it and didn’t disappoint. I’m such a huge fan of this author and yet again I was sucked in from the very first page and didn’t want to put it down. Reese is finally ready to face Brantley and deal with his demons. I was never unsure of his love for Brantley but there was times I thought he was going to lose the love of his life. He’s lucky Brantley is such a strong and loyal partner, although definitely not one to roll over and accept anything less than he deserves. They both bring out the best in each other and the chemistry is as fiery as ever. Brantley was hurt terribly by Reece and I’m happy it wasn’t brushed aside. Trey and Magnus were a surprise, I kinda had an inkling as to where their story might go so I’m really looking forward to seeing how it develops. Magnus is such a likeable character and Trey is quite frustrating at times. Luckily they’re super spicy together. Yay for JJ and Baz!
